ADS Photography reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Copyright Information: All images are copyrighted by ADS Photography. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or at any other photo processing site, downloading from our website or Facebook, using images as a screensaver or desktop background, uploading images to websites including Facebook, putting images on photo products, making your own announcements/invitations, etc. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. ADS Photography reserves the right to use any image for display, publication, or other purposes.

Session Fees: The session fee pays for Amber’s time and talent. It does not include any finished portraits, unless otherwise stated. The session fee is due within 3 days of scheduling your portrait session. Your appointment cannot be reserved until the session fee is paid. Due to the limited availability, session fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled session with a 48-hour cancellation notice. The session fee will be forfeited if a session is cancelled without rescheduling. No-shows will not be refunded, nor will they be rescheduled.
On Location sessions: Please be aware that outdoor sessions may need to be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Locations outside of a 20-mile radius of the studio are subject to a travel fee of $50. Please contact Amber for details.
Viewing Your Images: All portraits will be ready for viewing within 1-2 weeks after your session. You will have the option to schedule a private presentation viewing or you may choose to view your session online.
Photographic Rendering: While we do capture many images during your session, you will see only those images selected by the photographer to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from our archives permanently. All images are photographed in color, but are available in black and white for no additional charge.
Portrait Delivery Time: Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be completed after payment has been made in full. Books, canvases, collages, handbags, jewelry, and other specialty items may take longer. You will be notified by telephone when your order is ready for pickup.
Payment: All portrait orders must be paid for in full at the time or ordering. A 6.75% sales tax will be added to your order. Acceptable forms of payment include cash or debit/credit via paypal.
All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of this work, all sales are final. No substitutions, exchanges or refunds are available after placing your order. Replacement will only be given in the case of damage caused by the studio.
Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice: Prices are guaranteed for a period of 30 days following the date of the portrait session. Items purchased more than 30 days after the date of the session will be priced according to the most recent price guide.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your images. Please notify Amber at the time of your presentation session. A re-shoot will be scheduled at no cost to you. Subjects must wear the same clothing and be photographed at the same location. If a re-shoot is desired, images from the first session will be deleted and no longer available for ordering. If you are displeased with the re-shoot, your session fee will be refunded with no obligation. All images will be purged after a session fee has been refunded.
